Jennifer Collins, an adult child survivor

A Human Rights Issue-Custodial Justice

Upon my return from the sixth annualwww.BatteredMothersCustodyConference.org... I met the most wonderful now grown children The Courageous kids- and in particular Jennifer Collins adult child survivor and a force to be reckoned with as we will carry her voice her message and the voices of all those who remain silent.

... I have a t-shirt for you from no more ca- ca- in case you don't know what that means- no more shit- put simply.

These kids have your number- they survived what you have done to them and they are speaking out about the abuse you put them through.. the years long and hard the suffering the long term medical and psychological damage that has lined your pockets for years - their blood.

My heart died- listening to the courageous kids- it died and like a phoenix was reborn. I can not change the past but I do control this day. And for this day I tip my hat my heart my love for all the children my daughter and all the mothers- my mother. ( thx mom- even in death your voice and presence is strong-GER)

GAL’s MHP’s your glory and profit on our children's blood is limited. (and you know it) For each voice you silent 3 more voices will take their place.

Thank you Jennifer for your voice- for your strength for your peers- to the adult children who spoke out this conference- your pain your determination has opened many flood gates…

..and renewed hope for so many…mothers, children, advocates and other professionals….

we are one- silent no more- the storms have begun.

When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murderers and for a time they seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall––think of it--always. --Mahatma Gandhi
